Entry-level options for first-home buyers

Unlike many new home subdivisions that impose strict covenants for section sizes, we break down these barriers. We offer entry-level options for first-home buyers with dedicated sections in Stages 3, 4C and 4D, designed for smaller, more affordable homes.

In Stage 3, homes have a minimum size of 100m², excluding the garage. In Stage 4, homes also have a minimum size of 100m², but this includes the garage.
